And did you know that gold should be silver coloured, according to to the quantum theory that makes your computer's transistors work? Einstein's theory of relativity makes gold turn to gold.
See: nonrelativistic gold would be white if you don't believe me. Or are actually interested.

it's all a little beyond my ken i'm afraid. pertiucually when i try and think about how actual white gold fits into all this.
