i think it works better to stick to the "blonde" as the contrast is nicer, i'll try something similar to this with a better source image. then work on making something larger and incorperating the numbers element.

putting yellow ink over the pencil marks on this one meant they were still partially visible when i rubbed them out afterwards, which i quite like the effect of, as it gives the hair more texture then the darker colour did yesterday.

Summer

Completed summer self portait project. Due to the lighting, the size, and the colour and texture of the paper it was done on (bad, 5ft3, off white, rough), it didn't photograph all that well, but i fiddled till it was as clear as it would go, and this is the result.

The Organic Line

well, thats the final project over and done with, now i'll just be whatever takes my facey untill september. i suppose that would also not really be procrastination, but i wont get pedantic about it.

my mark was a merit in the end.
